ProCube Planner -- IT project planning and management

Functionalities

ProCube Planner helps the Project Manager build and organise his project from a process. The project schedule is deduced from the rules established by the selected process, and ProCube Planner assists the Project Manager both by centralising a large amount of information useful to the management of the project and by recording the events that occur during the entire project lifecycle.

Creation of a project through the application of a process
Definition of schedules based on rules defined by the process
Organisation of resources (project organigram)
Organisation of work products
Construction of Gantt diagram (export to Microsoft Project)
Definition of a roadmap and release to provide
Generation of task files for resources (XML format with template for Microsoft Excel)
Adaptation of the process by factoring in project particularities
Generation of a project description document (supported formats: RTF and HTML)

Graphic interface

ProCube Planner provides a set of views to visualise and control the project management, and to display all information the project manager need to work with.

Explorer view to structure the project model
Diagram Editor view to the graphic modelling of the project
Property view to define the task's properties of the project
Repository view to share the model elements between several projects
Audit view to control the project model integrity (validity rules)
Documentation view to describle the model element of the project
